COVID-19 delivery precautions steps;
Our dispatch team will notify you upon the delivering your order via text or call about our precautions. If there is a known exposure to COVID-19 within customer’s household, the customer should notify the shipper to either reschedule or request a transfer location.
During the process of delivering the customers’ order, both parties should utilize the use of face masks or covering, ensuring both the nose and mouth are covered.
Social distancing during delivery is highly recommend and should be followed by customers and delivery team members. Our delivery team should only interact with one receivable customer per threshold. OSH Logistics follow all guidelines for a safe delivery and keep records of last known customer interaction per delivery.
